Deep Tissue, Trigger Point and Hot Stone Massage are contraindicated during pregnancy.  If this is your first trimester and you are new to massage, it is advisable to wait until the second trimester unless you have a doctor's okay.  It is also advisable to get a doctor's permission if there are any health concerns with the pregnancy.
